On-line calculations (MAP-on-Line) at the University of Cambridge

On this site, you can make predictions for the mechanical properties of a variety of alloys, by entering their composition and heat-treatment details. This includes online calculations of yield strength for ferritic and austenitic steels, nickel base superalloys, weld metal, etc. Other properties include creep strength, ultimate tensile strength, elongation, toughness.
